Since how I invest my money is my business---and no one else's and especially not a government regulator's, I strongly oppose the restrictions on my rights to invest tin public investments.
I am fully able to choose the public investments (which should, of course, be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.) that are right for me and my family.
I see
I own an inverse fund that would be subject to the new FINRA 22-08 regulations if implemented. I object to those regulations. I fail to see why I or anyone else should have to jump throw new hoops to own any inverse fund. My reasons for owning it may be unorthodox I want to own something, less than 1% of my investments actually, that goes up when everything else crashes, so that I dont despair
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this message to oppose any regulations that would restrict my right to freely invest. I, as a US citizen, should have the right and ability to choose any public investments that I deemed right for me and my family. These public investments should be available to everyone in the public, not a select few. Please do not deprive the public of opportunities to invest
To whom it may concern,
DO NOT LIMIT MY RIGHT to invest in leveraged and inverse funds!! DO NOT IMPOSE ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS, COMPLICATIONS, PRIOR COURSES, FEES, MINIMUMS, ETC. before I can invest the way I see best for my families future. I regularly use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge the risk within my portfolio. I also used leveraged and inverse funds as well as inverse leveraged funds
Stop regulation of leveraged funds We dont need more regulations about what funds I can and cannot invest in. These are public investments and they should be available to anyone who chooses to use them. These leveraged and inverse funds are critical to my portfolio strategy. I use them in small amounts to help hedge my investments. It is my hard earned money, I reserve the right to invest it
I regularly use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge my investments. They are an invaluable tool and I use them in a sensible and limited capacity. I am not a "high net worth" individual. I find it offensive that FINRA would even consider taking these away from regular investors. This would just be further proof that this game is "rigged" for the big players.
I use leveraged and inverse funds sometimes to hedge or balance positions or respond to geopolitical changes: it is difficult enough to profit in the market without more unnecessary regulatory hurdles I have not encountered any of these ETFs that were especially opaque, hard to understand, or misleading: these products' labels do not need to be any clearer than they already are, nor
Hi. I understand your concerns. But I believe that using criteria such as tests or high net worth to determine who is eligible to trade securities that are deemed "complex", such as leveraged ETFs, is unnecessary and can actually do more harm than good to my long-term financial security.
I can assure you that I am an active trader and that I know what I'm doing. I am

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.
