If options, futures, and crypto are all fair game, so should these investment devices. I agree with having to sign a waiver and apply to trade them, but banning these funds is not in the best interests of Americans.
My money, my choice! You do not tell me what to spend my money on! If I want to trade worthless fiat currency in for crypto, that's what I will do! Period!

Options are moderately complex and should require some amount of savviness to participate in.

As a registered FINRA member, I am unable to have brokerage accounts anywhere other than my place of work, which doesnt allow crypto trading. This is my only options to be in this market.
Comments: i think leveraged ETFs is a safer investment then a lot of other things on the market. Futures and crypto is much more riskier. I think anybody should get the opportunity to trade leveraged ETFs
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in crypto. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
