I will be 82 in July and have been investing for 58 years. I dont need or want your nanny supervision. I use leveraged ETFs for aggressive speculation and for hedging in my roll over IRA. Is there really a problem here? This looks to me like an effort to expand your government fiefdom by exaggerating the need to rectify an injustice that is either trivial or doesnt exist. With 30 trillion in
Close dark pools and cancel shorting stocks it is unfair to retail investors and the companies that are going out of business. This system is rigged and unfair to the investors and worker. We demand change, how is this even possible? If it wasnt for the greed of SHF , the rest of the world would've never uncovered this.
I oppose the language in this proposal. It's systemically exclusionary and creates too high a hurdle for anyone with the will and gumption to go after whatever investments they do choose. As long as anyone can vote. And corporations can have political "voice"- even the less than capable can participate on all levels of an open market.
Regulation is a fundamental pillar of the financial services industry, ensuring investor protection and market integrity. As financial services firms seek to comply with regulatory requirements, they are turning to new and innovative regulatory technology (RegTech) tools to assist them in effectively and efficiently meeting their obligations. While RegTech tools may help strengthen firms’
This ruling goes against the rights of all types of investors. You will have millions of u.s. investors leave the markets for good, if the markets can only go up with no inverse to be a cobtrarian vehicle to the ebbs and flows of the market. Shame on finra lately and the top 5%. Let the class warfare begin. Shame on you guys over at govt. agencies. Specially the tsp plans of the military to shut

Hi Finra,
I am concerned that the regulators would curtail the publics ability to protect the downside or enhance the upside of market movements for some investors but allow those same products for others. That is a two-tiered system and runs counter to the free and open market that is essential to allowing all investors to invest on an even playing field.
In observance of Good Friday, the TRACE system will be closed on Friday, April 10, 2020. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please contact FINRA Operations at (866) 776-0800 if you have any questions.
I am disturbed and appalled to hear that FINRA is planning to prohibit my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I adamantly oppose to any regulator deciding how I should invest! I am angered by this arrogant and tyrannical effort to restrict how a consumer should invest his/her money. This is a clear and coordinated attack on the retail consumer to place the wealthy at a clear
