Please do not restrict public purchase access to Defined Outcome ETFs, ETNs, ELNs, Market-Linked CDs, Structured Notes, Principal Protected Notes, Derivatives hedging ETFs, Opportunistic/Tactical Multi-Strategy ETFs--all of which serve to REDUCE portfolio risk.
