Leave our investment options up to us....we do not need big brother to tell us what to do. unbelievable, this is supposed to be the county of the free!
Please don't impose any additional regulation on leveraged an inverse funds. I use these to increase my returns and would not want to lose access to these products. I have multiple brokerage accounts, 401ks, and ROTH IRAs, and even over long periods of years, I have grown the portfolios that use leveraged funds more than the funds using traditional investment vehicles.
I don't like regulators interfering with my investment decisions. is your test so you can steal my profitable market timing strategy? I use leveraged long and short funds. Leave them alone.
The Gov't has no right what so ever to tell any adult how they can invest/spend their money. A blatant overreach of Federal Authority. This must not pass by any means.
I should be able to invest leveraged or inverse funds freely without any restrictions. I am aware of these funds have high risk but I am responsible for what I chose to invest in.
I am an individual investor and object to any restrictions to my ability to trade as I see fit especially limiting or eliminating my ability to trade inverse and leveraged funds. I have been using these judiciously for years in order to protect my investments from significant loses or to improve my gains. Please leave me alone. Thanks for reading this.
I shouldnt have to take a test to use inverse funds, its not right when shorting a stock, using puts and calls are essentially equal in results.
The people should have the freedom to choose their own investments. These are very important to peoples investment strategies because you can put up less capital to receive the same return
Please don't restrict my ability to buy a mutual fund that goes up in value when interest rates go up. That should be my choice, not your to decide. Thanks.RTR

These products have allowed me to retire earlier than planned because of Proshare product performance.
The ability to trade at anytime combined with single company potential returns without the single company risk are huge investment advantages that cannot be found with any other product.
