NMS Equity and Option Order Routing Reports (SEC Rule 606(a) Reports) Bulk Download

SEC Rule 606(a) requires broker-dealers that route equity and option orders on behalf of customers to prepare quarterly reports that disclose specific information about their order routing practices for non-directed orders in NMS stocks and NMS securities that are options contracts. To facilitate comprehensive analysis and research, bulk download files are made available that enable users to access all accepted XML files organized by quarter. Each quarterly bulk download is published as a single zip file containing all XML reports for that quarter, including both on-time and late submissions. In addition to the XML files, each zip file includes one text file that provides a list of all active adopt by reference relationships that were effective for the quarter as of the bulk file creation date. Quarterly zip files are republished whenever new XML file submissions are received or clearing relationships are added or updated, with updates occurring at a regular cadence to ensure data completeness.
