TRF Regulation SHO Pilot Program

Pursuant to a Securities and Exchange Commission request, each SRO has agreed to make reported short sale trading data publicly available. The trading data will contain information on each executed short sale involving an exchange-listed or Nasdaq National Market equity security reported by an SRO to a FINRA Trade Reporting Facility (TRF).

Monthly files of short sale trading data reported to each FINRA TRF during the Regulation SHO Pilot Program are available upon request. To request a file(s), please email FINRA Operations, specifying the month(s)/year(s) required.

The following SRO data files are available:

• BSE (March 2007 - August 2007)
• NSX (November 2006 - August 2007)
• NYX (May 2007 - August 2007)
• NASDAQ (August 2006 - August 2007)
