Asa long as investors have access to information they should be allowed to invest in what every type of instrument there is available. I've invested in stocks, options and most disappointing are mutual funds that you think are managed for your benefit but in a market down turn they just hold there positions. What about big time investors who take peoples money invest in companies like sears/kmart that really turned out well.
We have enough regulation and taxes without representation! This is for the people and by the people so let the people have what they want and need! It's American, keep away from it as you and your buddies have ruined what was America enough! Read our constitution, it's what has made us the greatest county in the world for as long as it has. We are loosing that now because of how far from it we are now and another regulation won't bring us closer!
I would like to express my support for FINRA's continued actions to warn investors that they may be out of their depth.
Its time to level the playing field for the common man. Financial education is important and should be desired if one chooses to make investing a career choice. With that said, we are all adults and have to make impactful choices, including life or death decisions. Please dont limit our ability to prosper as we seek to learn more. Take down that wall, as President Reagan famously said. Do the right thing and let us act and live as free adults.
Thank you!
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in BITO or GBTC. These ETF's should not have been offered/approved by SEC/FINRA in the first place if you find them complex products.
I don't think limiting my ability to invest should be limited to special processes for investment to public securities. I need no measures imposed on me! I am counting on these funds for part of my income as a senior citizen! Please consider my rights as an investor, not to have the measures you are considering, imposed on me.
Hello,
All investing has risk involved for the better or for the worst.
I must have the ability to choose what investment vehicle is correct for my situation without regulation. I do not have a pension and leveraged or unleveraged funds/ETF/Stocks can help me to become self sustaining in my later years. Please leave it alone.
Bad idea discriminating against certain types of those willing to invest in what they choose not some agency or institution's "approved" choices.
I want to have the right to invest as everyone else does like the mega rich!
