Leave my money alone!!!
Regulators should not dictate what investment funds I choose to invest in. I should not have to take a test in order to invest. Please vote down this proposed regulation.
I have been investing in SQQQ SDOW and other leveraged and inverse funds for many years. I thoroughly understand the advantage and downside risks of such investments. I don't see special needs to prohibit availability of these important investments for investors like me. My years of experience and knowledge have qualified me to use these funds wisely and I see them as an invaluable market resource.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I trade Proshares ETFs and would like to continue to. Please don't restrict me.
We/I oppose this FINRA Notice #22-08. I speak for 5 individual investors.
I don't appreciate you acting in this manner. I can make my own decisions, thank you!

Freedom includes freedoms to make choices in regards to all areas of work, healthcare, enterprise, etc we need little government
Leveraged and inverse funds provide investors with access to trading strategies that would otherwise be impossible to execute. The fact that these investment vehicles exist is the utmost proof that USA has one of the most, if not the most advanced financial markets in the world, and this standing has certainly helped attract trillions of funds over the years from around the globe to make the US market the undisputed world leader in financial investing.
I have used ProShares as a hedge against market declines many times. It actually lowers risk in my portfolio in that its an insurance against large market drops.
I totally oppose any restrictions on trading this product!
Why would it be a good idea to deny basic freedom, to the public securities market? These days MORE than ever, a fundamental tenant to achieving long-term financial security, should NOT be disavowed to ANYone!!! Broad, arbitrary, and vague definitions prove, execution of such an unworkable scheme, would at best, show egregious arbitrary results under ANY type, or form, of implementation. The long standing disclosure-based system works!!
