It's the basic principle of "free market" that the retail investors should be able to choose whatever products (including Options, Futures and Other Derivatives) to fit their investing strategy. Taking this right away will even broaden the wealth gap between retail investors vs the riches who could leverage institutional service. The liquidity of the market will be significantly impacted as well.

regulators , I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the wealthy.
I enjoy playing the stock market
There should not be any test to have to take to play or invest in the market. Some people have disabilities and I believe this could also become discrimination.
Im capable of understanding risk associated with cryptocurrency funds and stocks.
No Test.

You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

A 2x or 3x is not much different than some of these extremely volatile stocks. We are grown ups, we will never learn, if someone constantly is trying to protect us. INVERSE funds are an important part of people who are bearish.

Been investing on a number of crypto currency. No has the right to control or force me to go through anyone or control my actions. If I Lose, that's on me. If I gain, that's on me as well. I'm sick and tired of people thinking they have to put there hand in on money they have no right to have. In the 1st place. If I choose to have aid. I will choose to Go to That aid and seek there point of view. That where this belongs.

Hi there, I have been using leveraged ETFs for around 2 years. They are very useful products for investors. Under the guise of protecting people from themselves you are planning to limit access (shocking they will still be available for the very rich) when retail investors like myself have been using them for years without any problems. Having more investment products available is always a good thing. We don't need you to protect us from ourselves. If rich people are allowed access all retail investors need to have access as well. We don't want your regulation.
