I would like to express my concern with this type of regulation, it limits the ability for people to make there own investment decisions. All investments have risks and should be up to the investor to understand the investment and risks
Not a good deal for us. Just say no
It shouldn't be the powers to be making the rules
I don't need your protection. I make my money and reserve the right to spend it as I wish
I understand the risk of leveraged and inverse funds well and do not want any restrictions imposed on me.
I don't want you to go on my banks I don't want the government in my life go away it's too much power and it's not a good thing for Americans
People make a choice when investing their money. They do not need a babysitter telling them what they can or cannot invest in.
This country is headed the wrong way when EVERYONE is not allowed to invest to better their futures. This is another big money grab to make the rich richer and make the poor a slave labor class.
Regarding tentative changes to investors using or thinking of utilizing leveraged or inverse funds, I humbly request that FINRA leave things as they are and not impose regulations barring use of these funds to "retail" investors. Many of us have over the years developed and employed said financial instruments in strategies developed by ourselves, all with the understanding of the risk/s involved and a thorough understanding of these financial instruments.
