You are trying to make investing way too complicated. I want my freedom to invest in any type of investments that I think will be beneficial to me. I don't need your input or regulations that might limit my investing freedoms.
We have the right to choose what etf to incest
Hi FINRA,
You should not determine if an individual can or cannot invest in one of these funds. It should be left up to the individual to perform the due diligence when choosing investments. Taking the route of offering financial investment education in our public school system would be more of a solution. Treat the problem not the symptom.
I totally disagree with the proposed steps to limit trading of inverse and leveraged ETFs. It would be reasonable to make the broker warn you about the risks the first time such an investment is made, but not to restrict or delay a trade.
please let everyone invest freely !!! Don't stop my profits in my portfolio!
Dont hurt retail investors
We need freedom of invest.
Leverage ETFs and Inverse investments have been a component of my investment strategy for years. Regulatory scrutiny should be focused on accurate reporting rather than limiting certain types of investments. Security valuations have always been driven by reasoned expectations of future cash flows. Let the investor take the risks he or she chooses including market hedging devises as mentioned above.
I use leveraged and inverse funds to enhance and hedge my portfolio of investments. These leveraged and inverse funds are a limited, but important part of my investment and investors like me should be allowed to use them regardless of their net worth. I understand the risks of these investments and should have the ability to use them.
