As an investor I make my own decisions about leverage funds. Limiting this type of investment to only the rich is unconstitutional.
I oppose any restrictions to my right invest in leveraged funds.
I use leveraged funds as a small part of my overall investments (less than 5%) but do see them as a regular income generator and would be negatively impacted by the inability to trade in these funds.
Please do not take away this ability from the average investor.
Dear FINRA,
This is United States of America. I want to choose how I invest and not have a government entity dictate how I can do so. You have a crooked scheme going here. You know it. This is only to hurt people.
I should be able to choose whatever public investments I feel are right for me.
Regulator should not impose any restriction on investment choices. We need have options to choose investment freely.
This is one more example of Americans potentially losing more of their rights to benefit financially in an attempt to convert our capitalist system to communism.
I am against this action to it's core. All American's should have the right to make public investments, not just the so called privileged.
Leveraged fund investments are important investments as they help to enhance return on investment and there should be no "special process" to pass a test before investing in public securities.
I oppose the regulations currently under consideration that are being considered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), that would no longer allow me to buy leveraged and inverse funds and dozens of other popular
investments.
No one should have the right to decide how much or how often I invest in something!!!
