Vikram Shah Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Individual choice to invest in the securities that an individual considers the best for their financial well-being should be respected.
Leveraged and inverse funds can be an important part of one's strategy - let the individual decide, not the regulators.
High net worth individuals already have access to such products; why deny the same right to low net worth individuals?
Respect for individual right to make a decision is the hallmark of a true democracy!

Jon Kresh Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Why are regulatory busybodies thinking that I am 3 years old and need to be "protected" from myself?
I'm a grown man and can make my own decisions. I strongly resent any attempt to deprive me of this right.
My trading plan uses leveraged ETFs as a part of reducing the volatility and risk of my entire portfolio.
I insist that no changes be made to rules/regulations governing the trading of leveraged ETFs.

Robert Jacobs Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It is very distributing to hear that the government is attempting to curtail the use of investments, specifically Inverse and Leveraged Funds. While I totally understand that these products are complex and not designed for everyone, I believe that a large majority of investors would opt out of these type of investments if they were properly notified. Widespread government intrusion into this investment area is not welcome and I strongly believe that Regulators should aim their efforts toward manipulated products such as precious metals and commodities. Thank you
