I often utilize leveraged and inverse EFTs as a method to quickly make an investment when I believe the market is going to make a major change very quickly, and it is much more convenient than using any other method. Otherwise I may not be able to effectuate my decision quickly enough and could miss the movement and lose money. NOT GOOD!!

I am opposed to the limitations of my investments, I consider that I am a responsible person and that I know what I am doing and I see it as unacceptable that my right to trade with any value of the public stock markets be limited

I believe me not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me. .
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I believe that Finra should not be permitted to put restrictions on the methods of my choosing in order to constrict my investment potential.

I am tired of our government feeling the need to take advantage of getting a cut from anyone trying to better their life and regulate everything in it.
I say, stay out of my business.
Maybe we need to remind you, our government and regulators, the words within the Declaration of Independance.

I want to voice my opinion that I oppose any restrictions on my right to invest in a way that I deem appropriate for me. I don't need the government telling me what I can't and cannot invest in. It is my right to invest my hard-earned dollars in any way I choose; in many cases that is leveraged funds.

They have worked well for me in the past and I fully expect them to work well for me in the future.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in what I choose and why I choose it. I choose to invest in leveraged and inverse funds and have for several years as its a minor portion of my investing plan to offset smaller growth stocks. It seems unfair to put restrictions on my investing actions at this point in my investing.

I have been invested in leveraged and inverse funds for several years and want the freedom to continue doing that. I don't need regulators choosing my investments. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.

All financial investments come with risks. Yes, some people will gamble their money away, but protecting people from themselves is not the appropriate role of this regulatory body. This is not an issue of protecting retail investors from fraud. The risks are well known and disclosed.

My name is Davis Jonland and I am a happy retail investor and user of 3x leveraged ETF's from Proshares and Direxion. Specifically, I invest in the ticker symbols UPRO and TMF in a responsible risk parity approach. These funds have personally benefited myself and my family. Being unable to invest in such funds would be detrimental to me and I humbly ask US FINRA regulators to allow the continuation of small retail investors to continue the use of such funds.
