I oppose limitations on my investment, I will love to keep investing with no limitation .
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I do not want to be restricted from to buying and leveraged funds
I am opposed to legislation that would restrict my ability to invest in those ETFs and funds which I want. People should be made aware of the risks, but then allowed to invest in whatever they want. These restrictions are unfair to average middle-class investors.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is thinking of regulating a broad range of public securities they deem "complex". This scheme is MISGUIDED and could deny me the freedom to achieve long-term security. The scheme is arbitrary and unworkable and would allow
I am an investor of leveraged funds. I believe these products allow me to freely invest in markets I trust. Volatility is obviously higher, but this allows me to further diversify my investments in different sectors or asset types.
I dont need regulators like FINRA telling me Im not smart enough or privileged enough to choose my own public investments. Neither should I be forced to jump through Jim Crow like hoops to invest my assets as I see fit. Heres a thought provide educational opportunities - not restrictive mandates - for investor success.
I'm writing in opposition to proposed rules that would limit the public investor from investing in inverse and leveraged funds. I find it insulting that you feel you know better than the investor how to best analyze risks and formulate investment strategy. I feel that I, as well as most retail investors are perfectly capable of making investment decisions including using such funds in hedging strategies or for enhanced returns without govn't interference or "protection".
I trade shares of sqqq, main shares that I trade.
As an investor, I think I have the right to choose what assets I can invest..I understood the risk when buying the leverage funds.
Why do I have to go through any special process like passing an exam..?? it sounds ridiculous to me man..so do I have to pass one exam to buy any product..? like I need to pass an exam to buy a share of APPL??
This product is important to my strategy.. I can bear the volatility/risk, and I want to risk my money to bet for a higher return.
