Inverse funds are an important part of hedging my overall portfolio during times of uncertainty. Please do not remove my ability to protect my investments.

There are dozens of vehicles in which people can choose to make investments. Individual stocks are very likely, if not managed correctly, to lead to substantial investment losses. This is also true with options, futures, FX, etc...

The key factor in all investment decisions is managing things the right way. Having different tools to help improve investment results are important. We should not limit our ability to invest in different products because some may make poor decisions, where others are making good decisions with them.

Good evening regulators,

As an individual investor, I have thoroughly researched the risks associated with leveraged funds. Currently, these funds comprise a percentage of my portfolio in which I would be comfortable losing. By removing our access to such funds, you are limiting our ability to hedge our accounts. I would greatly appreciate it if you reconsidered the ramifications of restricting access to leveraged ETFs going forward.

Why should any investment be limited to the elites and privileged. People should be able to make their own decisions regarding risks regardless of income or net worth. There should be no limitations (tests, readings, income, net wirth, etc.) of when someone buys, holds, or sells leveraged and inverse funds.
