Let me invest how I want to, leverage is a powerful strategy that I understand the risk of. I'm 19 years old I have the ability to be extremely risk tolerant yet don't have a large net worth. Don't gut my Roth IRA and my savings no matter how much risk I intend to take on. Thanks.
I object to FINRA trying to restrict the use of hedging instruments by normal Americans.
If I didnt have the continued right to use inverse ETFs, My retirement account would have been down 8% last month instead of up.
If you take away these vital tools for hedging, youll be reducing my ability to participate in the markets, and Ill be less able to retire and MORE exposed to risk in the annual volatility circus.
Dont take away my ability to protect my familys retirement fund, please.
I dont agreed with the regulations. And it should never happen. I cant believe what happening to our country. Help us all.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest any leveraged and inverse funds, which are important to my investment strategies. I understand the risks of the leverage and inverse funds but seek enhanced returns.
The hallmark of the USA is FREEDOM. You have no right to restrict my investment options, after all it is my money and when I make a profit I pay taxes!!! You may think I am not smart enough to understand leveraged and inverse funds, I am and I am also smart enough to use a very smart broker as are most people. These funds are not hard to understand and are an important tool that should be available to everyone who wants to use them.
This will only affect the small investors and traders. Let everyone invest freely. Anyone should be able to invest or spend their own money as they wish.
I want to invest freely with leveraged product. Please do not limit my freedom to choose my own financial freedom
Please be advised that leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I should not have to go through any special process or testing before I can invest. Public investments need to be available to all, not just the privileged. Thank you,
Dear FINRA,
I strongly object to RN #22-08 for the following reasons:
1) I believe I have the right to be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
FINRA seeks to render some public investments unavailable to the public, and to grant access only to the privileged. It's not FINRA's place to decide whether I should or shouldn't be granted access to leveraged and inverse funds.
