I have managed my own investments for decades and have frequently used long and short leveraged investments as part of my strategies.

Any restrictions are likely to be unfair and favor those who are already
privileged. Do not impose restrictions on public investments.

Any security trading in the general market should be available to all investors. There should be no discrimination made between different types of investors vis-a-vis allowing one to trade and prohibiting another. It would be a discriminatory practice otherwise.

It is the investors right to choose how they invest their money. There shouldnt be anything more than an acknowledgement of the risks associated with trading leveraged and inverse ETFs.

Dont restrict access, rather educate. Let everyone make their own decision but educate them on how to make the decision

It would be preposterous to restrict purchase of securities that permit me to hedge my risk.

Not sure why regulators would consider themselves as more concerned about my financial well being than I am myself.

As individual investors, we have complete freedom to select and invest in any commodity, not just stocks, but also leverage, options, and futures. This regulation will be in violation of the free market system.
