Respected Regulators, I want to bring your attention to this change. I feel this is not correct for the following reasons: a) I (and my family) should be able to choose the public investments which are right for me as long as I understand the risks and the rewards. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I don't want others to decide what I can do or not and where I should invest the money.

While I am not 100% opposed to new regulation on these complex products, I do want to caution that this could cause unintended consequences. For example, if I could not access leverage through options or through leveraged ETP's, both of my brokers currently charge me 8% or more on margin interest.

I oppose any restriction on my right to invest my money the way that I determine is best for me and my family.

Please let investors choose what they want. There are more dangerous options than leveraged funds in inverse funds in the market. At least these funds are simple to invest and simple to choose. Please consider the investors freedom in choosing their investment options.

To whom it may concern,
Ive been retired for 5 years. Ive also been trading leveraged funds for more than 20 years. Theyve become an important part of my financial plan.
Taking away my ability to trade these funds makes no sense in a free market country like ours.
I cant emphasize enough about how strongly I feel about this freedom.

Attention FINRA Regulators:

I strongly oppose the upcoming regulations on certain types of funds that would exclude the public from access to these investments in their portfolios. Every citizen should be allowed to decide what they choose to invest in, and not be subject to limits based on overall net worth or formal investment education and approval by individual brokers.

Dear regulators, Please be advised that I DO NOT WANT any restrictions on these funds. I want to keep the liberty of keeping these funds to invest and trade as freely available as much as any other stocks and ETFs. I completely understand the risk of the market and I do agree of such leveraged and hedge investment ETFs needs to protect as hedged and using as an asset inhancement for my needs for the future. Leveraged and inverse funs are very important part of my investment strategies for all of my portfolios including IRAs, 401k, and trading.

I oppose limitations on my investments. It is an investors right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without arbitrary restrictions. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.

Dear FINRA Regulator,

There are many tools in one's investment toolbox and leveraged and inverse funds are some of those tools. I may not use a specific tool daily but glad to know it is there if/when I need it. Please don't limit what investment tools are available.
