Robert Ballenger Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

In short, I oppose any restrictions on my ability to invest in public investments. In my opinion, individual investors should be able to choose investments that are right for them, and all public investments should remain available to the public free of restrictions. Moreover, implementing additional measures in front of the public's ability to invest in their future would create barriers to the public's ability to benefit from and restrict public access to these investments.

Daniel O'Hanlon Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It is completely wrong for the government to prevent individual Americans to not be able to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. Nor should investors be required to pass tests before they can make such purchases.
It is truly none of the federal governments business how I buy my shares and what I buy.
Please desist from this terribly mistaken path you are on and drop they idea. Thank you!
