Regulators should not limit the ability of investors to choose the types of investments they want participate in regardless of risk. Leveraged and inverse funds are a significant part of my investment strategy and should not be limited in any scope. Don't limit our right to choose.
I should be able to choose the public investments for me and my family.
I don't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged funds. I understand the risk associated with leveraged funds.
I have been investing since the year 1995 and have a good knowledge of US stock market. I chose leveraged fund because Nasdaq will upend and a good long term investment better return than some etfs and mutual funds.
I oppose restrictions to my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds.
Leveraged and Inverse funds should not be restricted, these proposals will unfairly harm the poor by further disadvantaging them from gaining wealth.
I use leveraged funds as just a small portion of my portfolio and I shouldnt be subjected to passing a test or proving my worth in order to use these funds, I can understand risks and manage my own portfolio without anyone else deciding how I should be able to invest.
Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my feedback.
I believe if Im capable enough to make money in the first place, I should be allowed to invest it in the way I want to. Currently, leverage etfs play a big part in my portfolio investments and the idea that it will be restricted for trading will seriously impact my portfolio growth.
Please keep it open to Investment in these products to general public.
Hello, I believe we should be allowed to invest in leveraged ETFs. Thank you.
I refuse this regulation. Investors should be allowed to invest without limitations.
This is America. People should be free to do what they want. We do not need more bureaucracy or oversight of individual investors. I like leveraged funds and make a bunch of money by investing in them. Do not be [REDACTED] and hurt small investors like me. It is not your job to protect people from themselves if they are playing with stuff they do not understand. If you want be people to understand this then teach personal finance and investing in the public school system. Do not regulate it here. Don't tread on me.
