Gary Chubak Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear FINRA,

Having been an investor for over 50 years, I feel that your proposed new regulations are going to essentially restrict
access to important tools necessary to successfully INVEST in the financial markets. The institutions and BIG BOYS will not be affected but the individual investor will certainly be hampered by these restrictions. Instead of levelling the playing field, these will make individuals - second class citizens even more so than we are now.
We are burdened with enough regulations, we do not need more.

Andrew Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

What FINRA is proposing is class discrimination. You want only the privileged and wealthy to have access to income earning instruments, while the “little” guy/gal is being stripped of their ability to access the same instruments the wealthy have to build wealth. I welcome more education on these products, but NOT bans. Honestly, every so called financial advisor has only tried to scam me. I have yet to see any returns on investments made by financial advisors. On the other hand, I was able to grow my wealth on my own by accessing crypto, options, ETF-s, etc.

Philip Fisher Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

As an individual investor, I should be able to evaluate risk and choose the investment/trading options which I believe is best. All investment options should be available to individual investors, not just accredited investors. Individual investors are fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and properly evaluating their risks. Inverse funds and leveraged funds are and important part of a balance portfolio under certain market conditions to hedge other investments and to realize gains even when markets are being marked down.

Edward Harte Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Dear Sir / Madam,

I consider it my right to invest my earned funds exactly as I prefer. Ive worked hard to earn these funds and take exceptional care before placing any cash into a particular investment.
The idea that Im intelligent enough to have excess cash to invest but not intelligent enough to invest that excess cash is reprehensible to me.
My wife and I review our portfolio positions on a regular basis and pick positions which we anticipate will enhance and or hedge other positions in our accounts.
