Retail investors don't have a lot of ways of hedging their portfolios in the case of a recession or market crash. If you take these investments away, you'll only be hurting investors as a whole, especially retail whom are the most vulnerable ones.... Please don't!

I should be able to choose any investments that are right for me and my family. Leveraged and inverse investments should be available to everyone.

I strongly oppose regulators to choose what is right for me or my family to invest. I am considered well versed in investment options, however I object to being tested for my ability to understand and to pick my investment options. This is ridiculous. How much control do you want over us? Leave us alone and let us pick whatever option is right or appropriate for our goals. Leveraged funds give us the ability to hedge our investments and we use them as a small part of our portfolios. So hands off please! We are tired of regulators hovering over investors.

There are already various warnings that pop up when investing in complex and inverse funds. I am capable of making my own investment and risk decisions. No need to limit or bias the market.

Nind your own business. We will handle our investments.

My ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds should not be regulated in any way. These funds are important to my investing strategy.
