Jacob Moore Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Individual investors deserve the ability to manage their own risk and make their own investment decisions. It is preposterous to suggest that there are any real systemic threats to the financial system arising from these funds. If institutions can regularly take on risks that actually affect the broader financial system then individuals should be able to take risks that largely only impact themselves. [REDACTED]

Delin Yang Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I currently own some leveraged and inversed funds, mainly to hedge my portfolio. I wish to continue be able to do so without going through any complicated process. I don't want any restrictions of buying these funds in the future even in my retirement related account. I am fully aware of the risks and don't think anyone else should make such decision for me. Thanks for your consideration.
