John Ellis Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I have been investing in stocks for over 30 years and believe leveraged ETFs provide my portfolio a needed hedge option and investment opportunity. Do not take it away.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged!
While I believe that no one should invest in anything they do not understand, I do feel that any investor should be allowed to invest in any publicly available investment without restriction. Today, stocks are overvalued, rates and inflation are rising, and the government is printing money like never before. Will it all end badly? Of course it will, but if you put restrictions in place on what an investor can buy, such as an inverse ETF as a hedge, you limit the options a small investor has.
Dictator's regulation. Where is the right and freedom of investors ?
I want to against these socialist's regulations.
Investment freedom should be preserved in USA.
I should be able to choose my investments without restrictions.
I am a low net worth individual who has used leveraged ETFs to help me invest. Taking these away will destroy my ability to move up in wealth class. Please dont kiddy proof these investments. They are some of the last tools we have left.
I do not see any good reason for FINRA to restrict an individual investor from buying leveraged and/or inversed funds. Shares of any company can go down to zero so one cannot say that one product is safer than the other. FINRA should focus only on irregularities at Broker-Dealers, Capital Acquisition Brokers and not interfere with the investment choices of individuals.
Thank you
Everyone should know what they are investing in and responsible for their own decisions and own the risk. Regulators should not choose the investment that's right for the individuals. Leveraged and inverse funds are very important in investment strategies.
Please maintain my right to purchase various leveraged ETFs, as offered by Pro Shares Advisors.
I am an experienced investor and understand the inherent risks and rewards.
