To FINRA Regulators:

The proposed regulations in #22-08 are a threat to investors everywhere. One reason the USA is a great place to live, work, and invest, is financial freedom. Few places in the world offer the upward mobility available here in the USA. One reason for our economic growth is the ability of investors of all financial levels to invest as they see fit.

I am a smaller investor. I make decisions based on my own research and my advisors. The ability to invest in a variety of financial vehicles is an important part of living in the free world.

I oppose limitations on my investments. I have the right to invest freely as my will.

I am a dentist and experienced trader. I beleive firmly in my autonomy and select complex investments with their inherent risks. These leveraged funds are an essential compoonent of my well managed portfolio and my ability to meet my long term goals will be hobbled by regulations such as the ones proposed.

Please avoid regulating these asset classes in the manner proposed.

I strongly oppose these restrictions to my ability to trade leveraged and inverse stocks.

I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

Individuals have the right to make their own investment decisions with their own money.

Leveraged funds can be very useful for certain goals. There is nothing necessarily optimal about the 1x leverage an investor would obtain using a typical index fund such as SPY. For some investors/situations, less than 1x leverage is better and for others, greater than 1x leverage is better. Hence restricting the public's access to leveraged funds could be detrimental to those whose risk/reward calculations point them towards greater than 1x leverage.

Leveraged and inverse funds are in my portfolio and I want to continue to invest in this vehicle.
It is no different than stock trading.
Government interference is unnecessary.
No special tests are necessary.
Please dont change it. Would be unfair.

I like investing/ trading pro shares. All retail investors know trading has considerable risk and its our choice to trade. I dont believe the freedom to trade pro shares should be taken away from retail investors.

I oppose restrictions being considered associated with certain investment instruments, e.g., cryptocurrency funds. Various financial instruments are critical to portfolio diversification and risk mitigation. Commodities, precious metals, real estate, hedge funds, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, annuities, insurance policies, trading on margin, short-sales, futures, and cryptocurrency are just some of the various financial instruments that should be readily available to investors.
