I hear that YOU want to regulate leveraged investment vehicles, I presume in the name of protecting public individuals like me. However, I do not need your protection like that. These kind of investments provide one of the very rare opportunities, if not sole, to accumulate wealth and to overcome lack of other means to do so. It is better use of your power and energy to spend catching and regulating real bad guys (white color criminals). If the leveraged investments are bad for me, I would simply not choose to invest and I do not need your interference.

I have the ability to understand risks and limit my overall exposure to leaveraged funds.
Please do not limit certain investment to just rich and wealthy.
Please focus on voluntary education than forceful restriction.

This regulation is akin to literacy tests imposed to keep former slaves from exercising their god given rights. By imposing these regulations you are no better than the bigots of the past.

The markets should remain open and free without additional regulations. These new proposed rules are unacceptable.

I have used inverse and leveraged stocks for many years to help keep me afloat in down markets. There should be no idiotic process to determine my ability to invest in them. I, not you, should be able to choose which public investments are right for me and my family. And not just the privileged few!

I would like to have the ability to continue to BUY LEVERAGED AND INVERSE FUNDS. If this proposal is passed, it will affect the value of my SPXL and TQQQ ETFs. That is very unfair for the investors. Please stop it! Thank you!
