Leveraged and inverse funds are an important part of our overall investment strategies. We use them as a limited portion of our overall portfolio to achieve specific goals. We are fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse fund and their risks. We should be able to choose the public investments that are right for us and public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I am against any regulation of my buying inverse funds without jumping thru regulatory hoops. As investors, we always have to rely on our own good judgment and due diligence, our society is being regulated to death! I use these funds as part of my overall strategy to protect my other investments.

I am a private investor, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I have taken several investment courses; I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me .

This is completely ridiculous. If I have a brokerage account and read the disclosures on my broker's site, I know exactly what I'm doing and getting myself into. There is no need to babysit investors.

Gentlemen: Please preserve the leveraged ETFs. They are extremely useful in balancing and hedgeing portolios. And they definitely provide other balancing benefits to the overall market. They are extremely useful for many purposes. They have been a huge benefit since they became available. Respectfully, Tom Watts, Naples, Fl.

I need to be able to buy leveraged etf's. They are very useful.

I am an educated adult who can make my own choices about what investments I make. I DO NOT need the government to tell me what to invest in, what not to invest in or be involved in any way in regulating leveraged or inverse funds.
