Hands off my CRYPTO!
I have been using leveraged funds to invest for the last 10 years and it would be very sad if it was taken away. There are plenty of warnings of what the risks are. Why take this away and punish investors who rely on these funds?
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in public investments. It is up to the individual investor what risks they are willing to take. Regulators have no business telling me what is good for me.
I am an individual investor that has used leveraged and inverse funds for decades, all chosen by myself. I do not need to be "vetted", particularly by a government bureaucrat.
Me not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I'm a regular investor of pro 3 leverage intex etfs i have invested 80% of my capital to etf funds. I believe buy limitation may cause some issues to my portfolio.
This regulatory notice goes against everything that the United States is founded upon. Freedom to pursue life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness as long as its no danger to others. What investment fund I choose to place my own hard working money in is my own choice. Even If I lose my money, it was my own adult autonomous decision I made to do so, no regulatory body should be able to restrict me from doing so.
I have my own advisors and I resent government trying to tell me how to invest
The use of inverse and leveraged funds is an important instrument allowing me to be able to keep the majority of my portfolio goals long term. They support my returns during volatility and many times have greatly enhanced my returns over a short period of time. I use them sparingly, yet they ARE VERY IMPORTANT in my strategies. Buyer beware is in every aspect of our lives, those who get burned, or follow memes perhaps should be encouraged to leave the market rather than be protected at the expense of those who responsibly invest.
Please do not limit/restrict my and other investors' access to L&I Funds or disqualify us from trading L&I Funds or other "complex products".
I do have a strong understanding of the characteristics and risks of L&I Funds, and that understand that their purpose is for short-term active trading, and that they should be monitored regularly.
I definitely receive regular communication from my brokerage firms in connection with investments in L&I Funds, my and their rationale.
