I have been investing almost 30 years using leverage and complex ETF. this new rule will impact my retirement plan.

I know the risk and I know the rewards. So, please don't regulate my ability to invest in the various funds/ETFs I currently have available, including inverse and leveraged ETFs... In other words, please don't be like typical Washington bureaucracies and [REDACTED] things up for the rest of America. Thanks!

I am an experienced, knowledgeable, and capable, investor. I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me, without government interference in the form of regulatory restrictions. Burdensome regulations would hit small individual investors like me the hardest, while institutional investment firms and very rich investors would retain yet another advantage (among the many that they already possess) - essentially enhancing their position of privilege, given the vast resources that they have at their disposal to comply with government regulations.

I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public. I do NOT need you to deny me investments that you think may harm me, (they may not) simply because I didn't pass your test. The leveraged and inverse funds that I can invest in are tools that I use to further my investment. You should not deny me that ability. There are plenty of us non accredited investors that are building portfolio's with these types of tools and they further our campaign to reach accreditation and wealth.

Hello I have been investing for over 50 within the US equity, bond & commodity markets. Being a small individual investor my ONLY possible chance of hedging my portfolio to make it safe from downside destruction is to use leveraged and inverse instruments. Without this option of safety I would MOT be able to invest in these markets.

I oppose limitaciones to so-called "complex products" such as crypto-currency or leveraged funds. Free markets must be as free and ample as possible and allow any investor big or small.

I use leveraged funds to increase my retirement holdings. Do not restrict our ability to invest. The hedge funds and the billion airs can get away with anything. Like hiding half their worth in untraceable crypto coins.

I oppose the regulations being considered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) that will restrict my right to invest. I should be the one to decide where and how to invest my money, not a regulator. Public investments must be available to all, and these proposed regulations discriminate against the less privileged.

I like investment freedom. please maintain it and do not change it.
