There is no need to regulate Aggregate Stocks. I use Spiders to avoid paying for Mutual Fund Service fees. I want my Investment funds simply to track Market Index.

Please keep it to the decision of each individual investor whether to have the risk or not.

Hi, I believe this is a gross over reach of regulation. Its border line insulting to believe that average people are incapable of assessing risk/reward for themselves. This would only hinder the average persons ability to participate in the financial markets. This is a rule that would benefit the already wealthy class and hinder the middle class ability to advance.

I AM AGAINST THIS IDEA ! BUT I DO HAVE A GOOD IDEA PUT TERM LIMITS ON ALL CONGRESS MEMBERS !!!

While I am not a financial professional, I have been managing my own investments for over 40 years. Studying the financial markets and the available instruments is something that I do on a regular basis. I fully understand the risks of leveraged and inverse funds and have successfully used these funds to help me meet my financial goals as part of diversified investment portfolio. I do not feel that my investment choices should be limited by FINRA.

Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected if passed.

It's no ones business what I spend my money on as long as I'm not hurting myself or others. The government needs less restrictions, needs to quit taxing us period, let alone the triple taxing us the do. The government is hurting the very people they were elected to protect. All while claiming its for our benefit. What a sham! If they really cared about the people they work for, they would take a hugh cut in pay, stop getting a pay check for life and burdening the Americans coffers.
