Barnard Griffith Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
It would be an unfair advantage if only high net worth traders were the only ones who could trade inverse or double or triple ETF's.

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. For many years, I have been studying about complex investments in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds, and feel confident of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I have been successfully using them to seek enhanced returns and building wealth. I don't need regulators to put restrictions on my right to invest the way I feel confortable.
Please stop doing this. You are infantalizing us with these rules, and only making it harder for the average person to participate in the market. The SEC only diminishes their credibility by pursuing arbitrary regulations on individual investors while shrugging their shoulders at the systemic risk posed by market makers.
Please do not limit the few tools that the individual investor has to compete with the big brokerage houses. HFTs and hedge funds! We are already at a huge disadvantage!
Please do not limit/restrict my and other investors' access to L&I Funds or disqualify us from trading L&I Funds or other "complex products".
I do have a strong understanding of the characteristics and risks of L&I Funds, and that understand that their purpose is for short-term active trading, and that they should be monitored regularly.
I get regular warnings from my brokerage firms in connection with your investments in L&I Funds, my and their rationale.
Hi I invest in leverage funds and I am made well aware of the risks associated each time I add to my positions. Regulation is not needed, stocks of any kind are not a guarantee of profit. Please stop the over regulation in this matter.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I also shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before I can invest in public securities,
such as leveraged and inverse funds. I am aware of the risks of these investments. I don't need the proposed measures imposed on me.
Please do not delete the investments. You can choose to educate them better than limiting their voice
We should have freedom to choose our investments by ourselves.
United States is a Democracy country, not a communist country. Regulators should not get in the way of people's choice,
Pushing unregulated crypto to the masses is nothing short of racketeering. I am a risk professional. Your industry has ZERO creditability in this arena. These products are the only thing protecting retail investors from the FED fueled, financially engineered, derivatives death star. FINRA's attempt at regulation is an indictment on the financial systems lack risk management.
