Everyone has the right to invest and make profits. This is not and should not be exclusive to a certain people group.
Please do NOT limit investor access to leveraged and inverse funds. They are a very important part of my trading and investment portfolio, and provide a very efficient way to actually reduce risk in volatile markets.
What happened to FREEDOM?
Why is my FREEDOM so regulated?
These rules are not that of a free market.
I understand leveraged funds are more risk and with that risk comes responsibility, just like alcohol. Like alcohol you can do one drunk mistake that could upheave your life, people can lose all their savings in the stock market; Anyone trading and investing in the market fully understands this, it's clear on brokerages.
Leveraged and inverse funds give people the ability to grow their wealth and shouldn't be restricted to certain privileged (mostly wealthy) individuals. Why single out these investments? There are many risky stocks that have higher volatility and risk than leveraged and inverse ETFs. This is arbitrary and hurts the small investor.
PLEASE STOP SCREWING WITH US, YOU ARE THE ENEMY. I DO NOT WANT OR NEED YOUR HELPPPP. IF YOU PUSH AND DONT BACK DOWN ITS ON YOU. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE UP TO. WHAT IS A FREE MARKET? IS MY MONEY MINE: OR JUST GATES BASOS PALOSI
I Agreed to take risk
For many years I've responsibly used leveraged ETFs to help achieve my financial goals. I respectfully request that you do not create a barrier to the continued use of these products.
Leveraged and inverse funds can be a useful investment tool for those that understand the risks. It should not be up to the government to decide who is capable of taking these risks and who isn't.
