Michael Creegan Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

This appears to be a veiled attempt to disenfranchise retail investors to the benefit of institutional investing teams and financial managers. Even if that was not the intent, these proposed rules will have that effect. I object to being denied access to investment products others are allowed to access, regardless of the reason. If there are 'complex products' that are so problematic as to require these restrictions on retail investors the products themselves should be removed.

Mary Nichols Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

To FINRA administration: I OPPOSE the FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, which would limit my right to invest in inverse and leveraged funds which would threaten my financial objectives as an investor. I have been trading securities and funds in my personal and retirement accounts for over 30 years and should be able to choose the vehicles which I feel are appropriate for my portfolio and am aware of the risks involved. I have done my own due diligence in educating myself, as an investor, to understand the risks involved, including review of these funds prospectus.

Renato Pinheiro Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose limitations on my investments of Leveraged and Inverse ETFs. It is patronizing to think these investments are complex. We investors understand the risk and we can make our own decisions on trading or not! And to even propose only high net worth investors should trade it is ridiculous; what you are trying to do is to only let the rich profit. It is segregationist and against our American principles of equal opportunity to all. All Americans should have the same opportunities to invest regardless of education or net worth!
