Wayne Miller Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Public investments should be available to all investors, not just the privileged. I am capable to understanding the risks and making decisions on what is best for my portfolio. All financial decisions have risk, including doing nothing. There is sufficient information presently available in a variety of channels to educate the public of the risks which makes this legislation unnecessary and overly burdensome.

I believe it would be a mistake to reduce access to these popular and useful short to medium term trading funds. There is more than enough information in the market web sites on how to use a x3 fund. Extreme risk lies only on a " black swan" event and these events pose similar risks to all investors. I believe that I have benefited from my use of x2 & x3 funds on the SP500. It would be a shame to have future young investors that are aggressive and assertive deprived of a chance to have "extra" returns. What investment is risk free?

Leonid Grabovskiy Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I should not be forced to go through a specific test to be able to trade any securities I want. As an individual I am capable of making my own decisions. Cryptocurrency strategy is important for my long term financial planning goals similar to the way gold is. BITO makes it easier for me to keep my investments of various strategies in the same place allowing for better strategies in ease of use.
