Please do not move to over regulate my financial investment options. Limiting the investing tools available to every day investors further creates a divide between those with capital and those without it. Dont make it worse!

I am very much opposed to your proposed regulations that would restrict investing in inverse, leveraged and other investment products. Investors should decide what to invest in, not government regulators.

I oppose. This type of instrument has been a critical piece of my portfolio. Timing is important. So oppose further regulation.

Regulators are quick to tax my investments to support their various social projects, now they want to also control what and how I invest. No to Rule #22-08

I understand that you through FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08 are considering legislation that would likely eliminate my ability to buy leveraged funds, inverse funds, and other public investments. I oppose these restrictions on my right to invest. I should be able to consider risks and determine what public investments are appropriate for my family, not a regulatory body. In todays financial investment economy, it is essential that I use leveraged and inverse funds on a limited portion of my portfolio to protect my investments and seek enhanced returns.

I understand paying taxes on Crypto but other than that, no one should regulate except for the person owning the crypto
