Providing ONLY avenues of strict compliance affordable to only the higher income individuals and/or corporations is dispikable(sp) and an attempt to enslave the populace of the world. Even the attempt at enacting this kind of legislation from our legislature is shameful.

I occasionally use leveraged funds when the trend line is in my favor. As a retired accountant, I have always been not quite an accredited investor, not enough income, not wealthy enough, not a professional financial manager. However I know business and have decades of experience, making my invest decisions generally superior to that if inherited wealth or high income in an unrelated fields. My options are limited; dont take a couple of them away.

The country I grew up in is already long gone. Now you want to take away my ability to invest and possibly enrich my family's future. Me and my family will tale all our hard earned money and leave the country for s more accepting and free economy

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies and I do not need these measures imposed on me.. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged and they help protect (hedge) my investments, and I you use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.

I oppose limitations on any type investment (complex or simple) based on individual's net worth or economic basis. It is exclusionary and does not provide the equal opportunity that our society (in both the public and private sector) is fighting so hard to do.

It's not a free market if you do this, this decision will be public and each of you will feel the media ripping apart your choices should you proceed.

I am strongly opposed to regulation and tests to determine eligibility to make certain investments. I should continue to choose investments that are right for me and my family. Leveraged and inverse funds publish the risks involved and as an individual I understand them.

Please do not impose unnecessary regulations.

We as people have the right to make our own decisions when it comes to investing. Any opposition to this is an affront to our freedoms. I urge you to stand for Americans freedom to invest as we see fit.
