Please allow us to be able to invest in funds as we see fit. Ability and freedom to invest in leveraged funds is critical to build a nest egg especially in early years. Thank you
It is a bad time to disallow leveraged ETF trade for regular traders. The market has dropped a lot this year, and we already lost a lot of money. We need to use leveraged ETF to regain those money when the market recovers.
It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. It's like locking people in home because of Flu, but except rich people. Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected if passed.
I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
Please do not regulate, remove or restrict our ability to invest in Leveraged and inversed funds.

Would elimination of short selling be a better solution? These big guys crush any stock they want and steal from everyone. My opinion this would stop a lot of the theft in stock wealth and destruction of businesses.

Inverted ETFs are the #1 way that allows retail investors the ability to protect their portfolio against the declines in the general stock market or within industries. Once again, taking a tool away that actually gives the little guy an even stage with the big players. Then you wonder why you have situations like meme investing... Leveraged ETFs allow me to take protective positions without as much capital. This just seems like yet another example of laziness in addressing an issue.
