I've been using leveraged products with great success for many years. At times I lose money and most of the time I make money. I absolutely know the pros and cons of using leverage. Please don't limit my ability to build my assets by prohibiting my access to these products.

I oppose this ruling as a retail investor because I have responsibly been trading leveraged funds for multiple years without additional risk. I feel this ruling imposes totalitarian control on my money and limits my freedom as a private citizen. If this ruling isn't stopped now, additional constraints on investing for the normal populace will continue to be incurred without reason.

These are important financial instruments designed to protect investment dollars, not waste them. The geared and levered products provide important alternatives to options and other derivatives that are traded like stocks and with improved liquidity. I support their continued use and recommend no increased limitations on their use.

I am an adult who should not be treated as a child. I should have the sole right to decide what investments I take part in and not regulators. I have started trading from scratch and educated myself very easily from the resources available to from my broker. I fully understand the risks I am taking and should have the right to take them without regulator permission or requirements. The PDT rule is one example of regulation that makes as little sense as this does. I can just as easily blow up 25,000 dollars as I can a 1,000 dollar account. Please allow the free market to be free.

Let everyone invest is a strong statement that should be held in place. Removing opportunity to invest broadly for individual investors is damaging the opportunity to generate wealth.

The control needs to end

As an investor I should have the right to choose my investments. These tools are essential to my success as a small retail investor and trader. Please do not take these tools away from small people like me.

To uphold the free market principle which is the foundation of America, investors should have the free will to invest the financial product based on their own risk profile.

I absolutely oppose ALL of the proposed actions in this notice!!

STOP TRYING TO PROTECT INVESTORS BY PASSING RESTRICTIONS LIKE THIS. Most investors dont even know what leveraged/inverse ETFs are; those of us who do, are sophisticated enough to understand the risks involved and we dont need any more protection that limits the free market.

I use these investments to leverage some savings to insur retirement as I do not have a retirement fund.
They are an important part of diverse growth.
