I understand you are considering passing a bill to limit my ability to invest in certain funds. I am against any bills that would limit that ability. One of the restrictions would be on leveraged funds for which I have several. Your restrictions will cause them to loose great value and that is not something I want affecting my personal wealth.
I understood the risks involved before I bought them but you restricting them were not one of the risks I took.

Hello. I believe I personally should maintain the right to select the public investments for myself. In addition, I shouldn't have to submit to a special process such as passing a test. I am knowledgeable regarding leveraged and inverse funds and I do not deserve these regulations imposed on me.

I have a high net worth and significant knowledge of investments and currently invest in leveraged funds. I passed the CFA level I test without any study or preparation for it. I do not see any value in requiring me to pass a test or go through a cooling off period before I invest in leveraged or inverse funds.

I think people should be free to invest how they see fit.

While I do not extensively use leveraged and inverse funds I do on occasion use these types of funds at time on limited basis for example I am currently using the TBT, leveraged and inverse, fund along side the TLT shares that I currently hold to reduce the need to exit my position in TLT to collect the monthly dividend and minimize the loss in the value of the long position of the bond during the current cycle.

I would like to continue to use such an inverse, and in this case a leveraged, funds (ETFs) as part of my investment strategy.

Investment in any form should not be restricted or regulated.
