I want to have freedom to choose my investments, there is disclosure of risk already before any "risky" asset can be purchased.
I do NOT support further requirements to trade these securities, I should be the one making decisions about risk I am willing to take.

Leveraged and inverse funds play significant role in my trading strategy and investment strategy and can not be replaced.
These securities are not more complicated to understand than regular stocks.

It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. Traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies.

Ban max pain and other blatant derivative manipulation instead. These etfs are great.

I have been managing my own investments for 35 years. I was trained at the graduate level to do this, but was never employed in the financial services industry.

Leveraged and inverse, open and closed funds, are useful instruments. In appropriate circumstances, I use these instruments. They are especially helpful for generating routine income (in retirement) and setting up hedges.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy. As someone who cannot invest a large portion of my income, these funds give me the leverage I need to maintain an appropriate growth rate to be able to retire in the future. I have been investing in these types of funds for years and am well associated with the risks. I did dozens of hours of research before I ever invested a penny in them. I am especially opposed to the "cool off periods" and demonstration of high net worth to trade these securities.

I am in control of the decisions regarding my investments. Do not take that away from me. I understand the risks associated with each investment and am capable of deciding whether they are appropriate for me and my family.

I believe everyone should have a choice in choosing right investment for themselves instead of regulators and government. There should be no special unnecessary processes to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. We do not need any measurements imposed on us!
