Is this another attempt to reduce or eliminate my freedom to choose the investments I make, right or wrong? I oppose this kind of restriction due to "for my own good"!

To Whom It May Concern: As a small retail investor, it is difficult to gain leverage, let alone with some efficiency. The leveraged funds from ProShares allow retail investors to access their economy of scale. Taking away these investment options from retail investors is simply unnecessary regulatory interference.

I want to make my own investment decisions - I understand investing has risks and that is my decision to make. Please do not regulate my ability to invest in Leveraged and Inverse funds.

It is unacceptable that "regulators" should even have the notion much less consideration of restricting investment products and vehicles that impede the choices and success of everyday investor's financial future and protection against market volatility.
Leveraged and inverse ETF's play a critical role in proper portfolio risk management which serves the individual investor and their financial advisors.

I am writing to request not approval of this FINRA Regulatory Notice.

Leveraged fund is important for me when I want to avoid options trading and time decays. It gives me some better sleep compared to options. And it's a better balance between options and equity. I think we should have freedom to choose what we want to do.

Dont agree any tests of this kind for experienced trader of similar nature. Suggest to set limits as a percentage of total investable asset.

These funds are part of many a sucsesfull invenstment stratagy and do not require high levels of captial/equity to benifit from. Limitin them based on captial, would be a mistake. Any barrier to entry would be highly exsclusive and inappropriate.

I oppose this change, I have sufficient knowledge and trading leveraged ETF like tqqq or SOXL.

I oppose any restrictions to freely trade public securities as I believe it is a limitation on my freedom to choose how I want to invest my money and the choices I have. This is a free market enterprise and it should remain so in order that all including myself can and will continue to benefit in the short, medium and long-term. I hope our voices are heard before a decision is made, as otherwise it would be a slap in the face of Dem 'O Crazy.
