Leveraged funds are part of a well reasoned portfolio for my wife and I. These decisions should be mine, and not subject to regulators trying to control my investments.

If I wish to lose money its my choice. You guys did nothing when General Motors ticker symbol changed in 2008 and allowed people to invest in a stock which was no longer linked to a company, now you are concerned that we are not smart enough?!??? Give me a break!
I am disappointed that these onerous regulations are being imposed upon me. I have not harmed anyone with my trading of these investments. I think it is insulting and patronizing that FINRA would impose these restrictions. I think it is unfair that my access to these investment products may be restricted. And for what reason?
I use leveraged ETFs as part of a mean-variance optimized, diversified portfolio that is appropriate for my risk tolerance. If you all limit my ability to invest in leveraged ETFs, I will lose the most important component of my investing strategy.
To whom it may concern,
I am very surprised to hear FINRA is considering restricting investors ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds.
I trade TQQQ constantly and am very happy with this investment. PLEASE LEAVE IT ALONE. MY VOTE AT THE BALLOT BOX WILL COUNT IF ACTION IS UNWARRANTED TAKEN.
I want to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing.
Excessive govt regulation is unnecessary. Current regulations are sufficient to protect investors. Caveat emptor.
Americans deserve the right to take risks. Currently Reddit traders can gamble on options which is much riskier than these funds.
That our prerogative to take risk and if we lose money thats part of investing.
We do not want or need this protection.
Focus on actual pump and dump frauds that are rampant across the industry or Cathie Wood promising 50% compounded annual returns on CNBC if you need to regulate something.
I oppose limitations on my investments.
DO NOT: Pass a regulator-imposed test of MY specialized investment knowledge
DO NOT: REQUIRE THAT I Demonstrate a high net worth
DO NOT: REQUIRE THAT I Get special approval from your broker
DO NOT: REQUIRE THAT I Attest to reading certain materials
DO NOT: REQUIRE THAT I Go through cooling off periods where you cant invest
It is my investors right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without arbitrary restrictions.
