its important for me to invest in TQQQ, SOXL and LABU which allows me to invest 1/3 the amount I usually have to invest so I am not taking any extra risk. Instead of investing 10000, I can invest 3333.33 and get same return. Thanks Kalpesh Patel
I want to have maximum flexibility on the type of stocks, mutual funds, and all ETFs for my investment strategy.
I am a tax paying adult who has served in both the military and law enforcement with honor. I have earned my money and should be able to invest it any way I see fit.
Instead of denying me and other tax payers' the ability to invest in leveraged securities, you should be educating the public on the pro's and con's of such investments.
I have used these leveraged products on multiple occasions and want to have the freedom to continue to use these products without any interruptions or increased regulation.
Please do not make any changes that put individual investors at a disadvantage
The LAST thing I need from you is MORE YOU. Stay out of this, I'll make my own decisions. I DON"T want your help?
To whom it may concern: Sir, I am an investors of leveraged etf and I am comfortable of trading. I know I can loss all my funds doing it. As as investor being not allowed to trade leveraged etf is not fair. People who trades leveraged fund knows the risk of this fund. So please do not let this happen even if I am a small investor, it is my privilege to be part of trading this leverage fund. Fairness.
Knowledge tests are okay (not ideal), but restricting by net worth and imposing cooling off periods are really, really bad ideas. These regulations would put retail traders at even more of an extreme disadvantage.
Let the people make there own choices, and keep regulation to a minimum.
Thank you for listining
Keith
Let the investing public decide if leverage is appropriate. Equity investors also use leverage to buy homes. Is this behavior going to be forbidden?
