Please reconsider limiting who may invest in leveraged funds and inverse funds. We are quickly seeing only those who are already financially established being allowed to invest in securities that have potential for high upside. As such, the cards are being stacked against the average investor, even those who are willing to educate themselves and accept the risks.

Please dont take away our ability to invest. There are already several requirements to be able to participate in the investment market please do not make it more difficult. That would be a huge loss of our current freedoms.

I strongly support my right to determine my investment objectives and to invest a portion of my assets in leveraged and inverse funds as a means to attain those objectives. The government has no legitimate role in limiting my investment choices. Please do not support any legislative or regulatory efforts to further restrict leveraged and inverse funds as an investment medium available to individual investors.

Seriously? [REDACTED]? This really doesnt seem to be aimed at protecting the consumer. Seems to be protecting the current system. Ill pass all the accreditation qualifications, but I oppose regulations that keep regular people from investing in anything they wish.

My account balance is under $10,000 and I have used the triple leveraged ETF's for over 3 years. The bid/ask spread on option prices expands during volatile market drops making it near impossible to buy/sell contracts. Meanwhile I'm still able to enter and exit trades in triple ETF's during these trying market periods. Do not take this investment opportunity from small investors. Instead, you should be repealing the pattern day trading rules which handicap and harm small account investors.
