I have the capability of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, and do not need such regulatory measures imposed.

I don't support this idea. I have the right to decide which kind of securities I want to invest in. Leveraged securities are part of a specific investing strategy that I am testing in a smaller part of my portfolio.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. Its hard to focus on one stock and its always better to buy leveraged ETF and minimize risk .Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Re proposed rule S7-24-15, please don't restrict my right to choose which investments I feel are right for me and my family. I should choose, not be restricted by government fiat. And why can't an average investor access the same stuff as rich people?
Hello, I am writing to voice my objection to proposed legislation which seeks to restrict our right to invest in inverse and leveraged funds.
These types of investments are a very important part of our investment strategy and help in reducing overall portfolio risk, when used appropriately, like most other investment classes, including options.
Leveraged and inverse funds should be made available to all investors not just the rich. Please keep public securities public.
Good morning,
I have been using leveraged and inverse funds for years. I am totally against the regulations you are considering to limit the use of these investment funds.
I use my own money for my public investments. So I should be able to choose the public investments that align with my financial planning and risk level. I therefore oppose all restrictions to my freedom.
We all need a license to drive, but that's because other people's lives depend upon our driving skills. Investing is different, because only I get affected by my investment decisions, and others can't get adversely affected. Therefore, there should be no licensing for investment of leveraged funds.
Thank you for taking my opinion into account.
Current regulations mandate adequate disclosures regarding the nature and risk investment products including leveraged funds. I do not need or want any further government intrusion into my business. Desist from your meddling and focus on violations of existing regulation. I do not need or want further infringement on my investment choices.
This is a restriction of my Business decision and I strongly oppose it
