Do not restrict
Do not add regulations to Leveraged funds
This is unfair and unjust. People should control their financial future - not faceless bureaucrats.
Do not restrict ability my ability to invest in leveraged funds.
I, not regulators, should be able independently to choose public investments which are best for me and my family. I should not be required to go through a special process such as passing a test to invest in securities such as leveraged and inverse funds. I as a private investor have sufficient understanding of the workings risks of such funds, and have enjoyed over 20 years of investing in such funds under the Profunds family. These are important for my investment strategies which have allowed me to seek enhanced returns as well as hedge my overall investments.
I would like to be able to purchase inverse and leverage investments.
I oppose this move to limit my investing capabilities in leveraged funds
Im financially savvy and am willing to risk my money. Having an income/net worth bar will greatly increase the wealth gap and further discriminate and disenfranchise folks like myself
Why do I need some "regulator" to be my guardian angel to tell me what I can and cannot invest in. It is my money, and if I lose it, it is my fault. I have no desire to let some nanny-state agency tell me what I can and cannot do with MY MONEY. Do what you want with your money, leave me out of your decisions.
Please do not restrict my freedom to invest in instruments that I desire.
