As someone who has used leveraged ETFs quite successfully over many years I absolutely do not support any additional regulations or restrictions on individual investors using leverage, futures, options, or any other manner of "complex" instruments as part of a self-directed investment strategy.

I would like to continue to be able to pick my investments as they correct for my family and my investment needs. I do not agree that further regulation of Leveraged and Inverse Funds is needed. I understand the risks. These funds help me hedge against sudden and dramatic reversals in my investments Please allow me to continue to choose these funds unhindered Thank you for your consideration.

Stop all shorting. Stop ALL insider trading make it a minimum 100K dollar fine.
Then the rest of us would be ok if the wallstreet people weren't allowed to short.

It is certainly true that leveraged funds are more volatile than non-leveraged. However after a market downturn, they recover their lost value just as well as non-leveraged funds do. In other words, with leveraged funds one simply needs to take the long view towards investing, just as one should with non-leveraged funds.

I oppose Regulatory Proposal #22-08.

If we can buy crypto and penny stocks, we should certainly be able to buy leverage stocks as well, if we so choose.

I am writing to express my concern about the potential regulations being considered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). If these regulations are enacted, it would restrict my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, as well as many other popular investment vehicles that are deemed to be complex. I am a college student who is interested in investing in leveraged and inverse funds. I believe that these funds can be a great way to generate returns, and I should be able to invest in them without having to pass a test or get special approval.

I do not wish to be regulated on what stocks , ETFs or mutual funds or REiTS I may purchase

We shouldn't have to go through any special tests before we invest our money in public securities of our choice, like leveraged and inverse funds that we trade frequently. we understand leveraged and inverse funds and their associated risks. We do not need any restrictions imposed upon us.

I oppose FINRA dictating regulations on me. I have vern investing over 30 years, and they have no business trying to make it more difficult for me, a Retired woman to invest in whatever I choose.

Please fo NOT impose extra rules on us.
