Shae Pelkowski Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Hello,

I am writing to you regarding FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08, and more specifically in my support for the freedom to invest how I choose as an individual investor. While I dont trade on a highly frequent basis I greatly appreciate my current freedom to use leveraged and inverse funds in my portfolio, as I enjoy trading as I see fit. I do not believe that my and others freedoms should be limited in this regard and appreciate you taking my comments into consideration.

3x Leveraged etfs (normal or inverse) need to be allowed access by all types of investors. As long as they are liquid, they can assume their own risk and get in and out of the positions. These investments are much less risky than options becuase options are way more volatile and less liquid at times. Personally, I increased my net worth drastically with these investments and I was able to purchase 2 homes becasue of it. Do not take this away from the common retail investor
