Jeremy Scott Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Comments: I think that L&I funds should still be readily available to retail customers without restrictions. I have done my own due diligence, as I think all investors should, in regards to understanding the products and if they are suitable for me. I understand throughly that leveraged products are not meant to be utilized for a long term investment due to the negative drag built into the products. They should only be use as short term trades.

Phuoc Le Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I oppose any restrictions by FINRA or any other regulatory bodies on my right to invest in publicly available investments such as leveraged and inverse funds. You couch your actions as protecting individual investors. We do not need your paternalistic [REDACTED]. Take it elsewhere. There should not be any special process, including passing a test or net worth test, or any of that crap to invest as I see fit. It's MY MONEY and I decide what strategies work best for me, including the use of leveraged and inverse funds WHEN I DETERMINE IT'S APPROPRIATE. Not you bureaucrats decide.
