Eliminating investors' ability to invest in leveraged products will hurt with its implementation as it would force investors out when they may be at a significant loss in their portfolio. If I'm down 10% say, will you make up the difference? Even if you set a date that the funds will close or access to the funds restricted could limit my ability to get a decent price for my investment. Sorry, but this should have been decided prior to opening of the funds.
Dear sirs at FINRA
With regards to notice #22-08, I would like to voice my strong objection to this proposed regulation. I believe the instruments being targeted by this regulatory framework are no more complex or inherently risky than any others I typically invest in. If they are in any way, I'm an adult and able to decide for myself which risks I'm willing to take or not. Particularly, I don't see how it's your business to regulate what products I can or can't invest in.
Comments: I stand to object this proposal because these are good leveraged investment product for normal people to access. Although it expose certain risk, the government shouldn't take away citizens' right to access those products.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I should be able to make my decision on investing not regulators. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I HAVE BEEN INVESTING IN LEVERAGED FUNDS FOR OVER A DECADE WITH GOOD RESULTS. I WOULD NOT LIKE TO SEE ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON THEM OR ME. THANKS, WELDON PHELPS
