I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,not just the privileged.
Restricting this will encourage my to not invest into the market.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds.

I have used Leveraged funds SUCCESSFULLY for the last ten years. They have added significant gains to my retirement plan. Please leave them alone.

Please do not do this. The options of the way I want to invest is my own. The risk is my own

I consider the proposed restrictions for individual investors to trade leveraged ETF's to be an egregious attack on my personal freedom. I do not need another Big Brother interfering to protect me from any perceived risk to my financial security. I am fully aware of the risk and use these instruments to hedge and protect myself from loses. The prospectus for every fund that I have invested in has made the risk clear. No one has encouraged me to make these types of investments primary to my portfolio.

I oppose your attempts to restrict my ability to chose my own investments. Publicly traded investments should be available to all of the public, not just a select privileged few and large institutions.

Leveraged funds and inverse funds are, if used correctly, be a powerful tool to add to a portfolio. I use them as a small portion of my investments. I understand and accept the risks involved (just like any other investment). I don't need to have extra measures imposed on me.

Do we or do we not have a fair and free open market? If the market is in that much trouble, maybe we should take an in-depth look at those controlling it (FINRA, SEC, CITADEL SECURITIES) Leave my investment products alone!

I oppose restrictions to my right to invest because as an American I should be entitled to that right. Enough of our rights have been restricted, taken away, and threatened. The United States is no longer a united nation, we are being separated by greed, those wanting total control of our lives and those in power who lie through their teeth hoping we the people don't know. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on you. Excessive regulations favor the rich.

I strongly oppose this regulation. I have traded these instruments for years. Going after these while the wild wild west of crypto has people losing tons of money is outrageous.

Regulators should enforce brokers to provide more study materials for investors to make a choice for investment. Imposing ban on buying leverage funds will create more confusion to investors.
