To whom it may concern:
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. Leverage ETFs are especially convenient way for us retail investors to take advantage of market volatility. If one's not capable of understanding the risks, fees and pros and cons associated with such ETFs they probably should leave their investment accounts to professionals altogether. Putting barriers for retail traders to access leverage and inverse funds are violations to our trading freedom.
I am strongly opposed to any legislation that restricts or prohibits my free decision making ability to make investments as I see fit.
I'm an experienced investor and I both enjoy and am good at market research.
I can/do make decisions on my retirement investments on a weekly basis.
Anyone that is uncomfortable making investment decisions should consult a professional and common sense would dictate the same WITHOUT new legislation.
I oppose this regulation for public investments that fit my investment goals. I have a broad portfolio and use these funds in limited ways to improve returns and hedge my other investments. The operation of these funds is quite straightforward and does not require an overly regulated approach that will limit their adoption.by regular investors like myself.
I, not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, cryptocurrency funds such as BITO.I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. Such investments as part of my balanced portfolio
This move on your part is exclusively to prevent regular people from making money when you crash the market. Pure thievery. Stop stealing . . . Make the markets fair.
Please do not restrict our investing options.
Thanks
This is a terrible rule. Lets have less regulation rather than you power hungry regulators doing everything you can to prevent regular people from investing.
I ,not regulators , should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
With the volatility of markets and exposure that my portfolio has, I believe everyone should have access to leveraged investments.
