Citizens should be allowed to invest as they see fit
I strongly oppose limitations on your ability to buy the Funds!
Comments: Inverse and leveraged ETFs are far safer than trading options. Please recommend to FINRA to leave the rules are they currently are (May 2022). Thank you.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my investment practices and risk tolerance. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just a small percentage of the total pie. Also, I know that I am perfectly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, and as such, regulators should not impose these measures upon me.
The United States was founded on freedom and that is what continues to make us the best country in the world - the country that everyone else in the world wants to be a part of! With freedom comes responsibility. Responsibility for its citizens to make their own choices about what they do for a living, what they eat, how they invest. Do we make bad choices? yes, sometimes! I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies to limit the risk.

We as investors should have the sole right to invest in etfs, leveraged etfs or any other investment vehicle we choose since its out hard earned money to invest as we want.
