We have been using some of these funds for years and are more that qualified to make informed decisions on what we invest in. We can make our decisions as we see proper without having to jump through more hoops.

To whom it may concern:

You have zero business telling any adult citizen where and with whom they can invest their own earned, and taxed income... period!

I am an investor in leveraged etf funds for the higher potential returns. I accept the risks and volatility associated with these funds. I make informed decisions and set limits on how much exposure I assume. The funds provide a vehicle for me to explore leverage investments that is managed by professionals. It is unlikely that I can do better on as a individual. I think that restricting or eliminating these funds are short sighted and not good policy.

Im an adult. Let me invest how I wish.

What I do with my after-tax money is NONE of your business !!

We live in a republic in the United States, not in a dictatorship. Our US Constitution protects our God given rights to choose everything about what is best for our families. Our creator did not give anyone dominion, people did so (and Im using that term loosely) to serve their own best interests.

STOP serving your own interests!

Do not limit investors ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. These are a tool just like any other tool. Investors know their risk and reward and chose to buy or not. If you know what is best for investors than you should quit your job and trade for your living since you know better than everyone else.

I oppose the restriction on buying or selling of any leveraged or inverse funds.

I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.

Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.

These funds help me protect (hedge) my investments.

I oppose the FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08. This regulation is an unprecedented attack on the workings of a free market system. It has no basis in reality, meaning it is not addressing any real issue. There is no need for this type of regulation, it is not protecting anybody and it seems a covert attempt to manipulate and allow further manipulation of markets. We do not need more draconian, quasi-totalitarian regulations to cripple and manipulate the market more than it already exists.
